day 61 - peak district ennui

Mucked about up North.Did some music, did some writing. Trying not to think about going back to work. Visited a fantastic transport cafe in Sudbury called PJs. Then went to watch

day 60 - hanging around

Went into Derby, did some email at the Starbucks. Went to tea at Leicester Forest East. My favourite services.

day 59 - back to east midlands

Took Jen and Jeffre back to the airport. Unfortunately it was also the Moto GP at Castle Donnington so we were stuck in the slowest traffic jam ever. Eventually they had to give up and walk.

Anne and Arthur went back to London. I stayed up North.

day 58 - nine ladies

Took Jen and Jeffre around Stanton Moor to the Nine Ladies. Full of admiration for the 'eco-warriors' protesting the possible re-opening of the quarries and then depressed by the crusties camping at the nine ladies, ruining it with their dogs, tins of lager and crappy crusty music on the radio.

day 57 - two j's

Picked Jen and Jeffre up at East Midlands airport and headed for the cottage. Arthur soon had them occupied.
