Seemed to go OK, though everyone looks kind of bored in this picture.
It was very nice to meet lots of people who read the blog (though kind of wierd too.)
if anyone wants to contribute to Planning 3.1 the link is here (the password is 'apg')
And the UK APG - which I urge you all to join - is here.
Thanks for an inspiring presentation this morning. Provoking thoughts as well, but well supported (i.e. "messy" non-linear planning and the execution is strategy too comments). So there are many places to stir up the creative/ strategic process... Would you mind uploading the presentation you gave this morning? I know of a few people back home who'd love to ponder over it. Thanks again.
Cheers!

Russell --
I really liked your handwritten slides. And your content was nice too.
I think if you leave a conference with one mind-opening idea or presentation that you'll implement during the year, well thenm it was worth it.
For me, that happened late in the conference: today at 9:35 in the morning. I'm grateful I wasn't so hung over that I missed it.
Thank you. And now I've discovered your blog which is just the ticket to get me inspired on demand.

No one was bored by the way, if they were, then they probally didn't need to be there. Very engaged and inspired spirit throughout the crowd. GREAT presentation!!! Thanks!

the pic captures the spirit of the venue better than that of the emoting audience...terrific presentation, not only inspiring, but deeply therapeutic as well, at least for me...now i can co-create and multi-ideate away without guilt or shame...thanks X 10. tried to acccess your 3.1 site, got an error message, but will definitely revisit to demonstrate how engaged i was with your presentation...cheers

You f*cking rocked - it was a great presentation and the honda work is just lovely. We talk about it ad nauseum at my agency so it was great to have some context.
Thank you for a great ending.

Russel,
Your presentation alone was worth the trip from Brazil. Inspiring, smart, objective, transparent, entertaining and very-very generous.
I thought of thanking you in person but had a weird groupie-fan feeling about it. Lots of regret on that but here is my THANK YOU VERY MUCH line to you.
Would love to share your presentation with my team. Is that possible ?
Cheers
