I'm going to be offline for a week having holidays in Wales. So no new postings for a bit. And because I've been getting a lot of comment spam recently I'm going to turn comments off too. I've posted a tutorial on how to turn off comments site-wide on older posts to prevent spam. The hack requires advanced templates but there's a link to alternative instructions which will work for TypePad Basic or Plus accounts.

A tutorial for turning off trackbacks site-wide should be available shortly. In both cases, existing comments and trackbacks will remain.
