I was knackered too. Nike+ is really good. I think your suggestion re: making read-outs easier to blog about is spot on. I'd also like to know if you can group 'same route' runs together rather than see all your different runs chronologically. And maybe they'll soon be able to use GPS technology rather than a pedometer? I'd love to see it track gradients - but all for a future version I guess. I wonder if there's someone else in the world of a similar level of fitness that we can add to our challenge? PS - have you seen the 'motivational Nike+ soundtracks you can buy on Itunes? A bit pricey, but maybe that's what I need next time!
Oh just rub it in a bit more, why don't you! It looks like it, doesn't it? but I can't tell at my end. Russ - I did 10.01. Please don't tell me you ran further.
I think it's the time up to when you press the 'end workout' option - unless you can set up at the start that you're going to do a certain distance? new gadgets - dont'cha just love em!
Large quantities of humble pie are now being eaten in the Rigby household. Congrats.

I have to say, I'm completely knackered. That's about the hardest thing I've ever done.
The nike+ is good isn't it? This is a good thing.

Does that mean that you ran further than him in less time? Your green bar is bigger than his...

!0.02 I think. Which isn't much of a difference. But isn't the time it gives the time for the actual 10K? Not the time for the 10.01 or whatever?
